Job Summary

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and management accounts in accordance with IFRS standards

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure effective financial control and business performance

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role

• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is required

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, or Power BI is an added advantage
